Emilia Romagna Gourmet Journey 8 days package
for couples or small group of friends

Smart package designed for the independent traveler based on a private basis and participation to some group sightseeing to discover Emilia Romagna . Perfect region to tour, for foodies who are looking to make experiencing different flavors a key part of their holiday. From Bologna, the eponymous home of the famous Bolognese pasta, to Modena with its renowned balsamic vinegar, and Ravenna with its sumptuous sparkling red Lambrusco wine, there will be plenty of places during this tour for you to sample traditional Italian delights, as well as to turn your hand at making them as well. But it’s not all about the food (though trying authentic Parmigiano Reggiano in Parma is a particular highlight) as along the way you will also experience the rich history of the areas that make this delicious produce, from the Byzantine architecture of mosaic, adorned Ravenna to the diverse links Bologna has to the Etruscan, Gauls, and the Romans. Also to make it even further a great value for money we only included breakfast and some tasting as we think that is important to leave the rest of the meals to the personal discovery  and taste, of course with the suggestions of our ground staff  if required.
